A:Superbuy rebate is a type of allowance provided to our users on products purchased from Taobao, JD, and other third-party platforms. Users can get rebates even when the products you purchased are already discounted.

A:Major Chinese e-commerce platforms:Taobao,Tmall, JD, YHD, Vipshop, Dangdang, and Amazon China are all eligible for rebates (1688, Xianyu, Microshop, virtual products excluded).

Rebate FAQ

Q:How do I get a rebate?

A:Purchase products using the shopping agent service through either the Superbuy website or the APP. The rebate will be credited to your Superbuy account after you purchase the product, then sign and review the parcel. You can view the rebate details in “My Superbuy”.

Q:How will the rebate be calculated if I purchase more than one product?

A:The rebate is calculated based on the actual total you paid. For example, the rebate you get will be doubled if you purchase two products with the same rebate.

Q:How will the rebate be calculated if the product has different prices for different sizes?

A:For the same product with different sizes: The actual total you paid * Rebate rate = Your rebateFor example, if the S size of the shirt you purchased costs 20 RMB, the M size for the same shirt costs 22 RMB, and the rebate rate is 10%, the rebate you will get for the S size shirt will be 20*10%=2 RMB, and the rebate you will get for the M size shirt will be 22*10%=2.2 RMB.

Q:Is shipping fee included when calculating my rebate?

A:No, the rebate is calculated with the actual total you paid for the order (shipping fee excluded).

Q:Can I check if I can get the rebate and the rebate amount before paying for the order?

A:You can view the estimated rebate when purchasing the product. However, the estimated rebate is subject to change, so please refer to the actual rebate credited to your account. Also, you might not get a rebate in the following cases.

1.Requesting return/exchange service for a rebate product shipped internationally after the rebate is credited to your account.

2.Performing suspicious actions that are determined by the system, such as placing multiple orders within a short period of time or placing an order with an extremely high rebate.

3.Cheating the rebate system by scalping or performing other suspicious actions determined by Superbuy.

Q: Why didn’t I get the rebate for the product I purchased? Or why is the rebate amount incorrect?

A:Possible reasons:

1.The product you purchased is not eligible for a rebate. Only products purchased from Taobao, Tmall, JD, YHD, Vipshop, Dangdang, and Amazon China are eligible for rebates (virtual products excluded ).

2.The rebate rate changed when you were paying for the order or the rebate event had already ended (the rebate is calculated with the actual total you paid for the order).

3.You will not get rebates by scamming or scalping.

4.Prepaid order will not get the rebates.

A:Click “Confirm & Review” after receiving the parcel and the rebate will be credited to your Superbuy account.

Q:How do I check whether I have already received my rebate?

A:You can view the rebate progression and details by going to “My Superbuy” – “Orders” – “View Rebates” and enter “My Rebates”.

Q:What if the rebate is not credited to my account after the promised date passed?

A:The rebate will be credited to your account after you confirm and review your order. The rebate might be delayed if there is a big event underway or there is an influx of orders. If you do not receive the rebate by the promised date, please contact Superbuy online customer service team for assistance.

About Return/Exchange Service

Q:Can I still get the rebate if I request a return/exchange/after-sales service or a partial refund?

A:If the order is closed due to a return/exchange/after-sales service request, you will not get any rebate. If you requested a partial refund and the order is not closed, you will get a rebate calculated using the actual total you paid.

Q:What will happen if I already received the rebate for a product I returned?

A:If the product is returned and a full refund is issued (for international parcels), the rebate that was credited to your account will be deducted from the refund.

A:The rebates you get by purchasing products using Superbuy shopping agent service will be credited to your account as balance that you can withdraw (you need to pay for the transaction). You can also spend the rebates when shopping or paying for the shipping on Superbuy.

Rebate Products and Non-Rebate Products

Q:Is the service Superbuy provided for rebate products and non-rebate products the same?

A:Yes, rebate products and non-rebate products (Superbuy Selected and 1688 products excluded) enjoy the same sales and after-sales services. The shopping agent policy is also identical for both types of products.
