一、Superbuy Statements Regarding the Shopping Agent Service for the Platform of 2nd hand items
Purchase Service：Senior Superbuy agent will purchase the product for you after the order is placed.
Quality Inspection: Superbuy provides routine appearance inspection for free and you can choose value-added services as required at expense.
Warehousing Service:The purchased product will be shipped to the Superbuy warehouse and shopping Agent preservation period of parcels is 90 days (South China Warehouse), 90 days (Hong Kong Warehouse).
Service Fee: Charge per the number of orders
Note: Second-hand products are not eligible for return and exchange because the sellers on the platform of 2nd hand items do not provide such services.

Shipping Risk:
Sensitive Products:
We will remove sensitive products like essential oil, solutions, lubricants, and glues from your parcel so the other products can still be shipped. You will be responsible for any possible loss.
Customs Policy:
Counterfeits, large quantities of powder or liquid, electrical products, drugs, and food are restricted by the customs policy. If your parcel is confiscated by the customs, Superbuy will not be responsible for the customs clearance and any legal consequences.
Fragile Products:
Fragile products like glasses, ceramics or products with irregular shapes (car wipers, car aprons, etc.) might be damaged during the transportation. We will make sure that the product is complete when it is shipped from the Superbuy warehouse, however, if the product is damaged during the transportation, and the product is considered as a fragile product by the logistics provider, we will not be responsible for your loss.
